ABOUT THE DESIGN
Jesus Vargas, Founder and CEO of VSCE, Inc. came to Brandify wanting to update and refresh VSCE's brand and website to support their vision for expansive growth.
VSCE is a leading infrastructure construction company in California with billion dollar projects.
The new website design needed to strategically attract and connect with VSCE's ideal clients, local governments and cities that favor a more traditional look and feel.
At the same time, VSCE also needed to add a modern and fresh recruitment career hub to attract top talent. To do this, the website had to showcase the dynamic company culture - one that supports diversity and career growth with a fun factor thrown in!
The solution needed to meet both of these goals.
To achieve this, Brandify implemented cohesive brand elements, minimal animation and website layout design across the site, plus custom graphics and infographics.
For the career hub, we used several employee testimonials that talked about the company's culture and fun factor in order to convey the personality of the company, their core values and fun factor, and give a sneak peak into life at VSCE.
